PAR Call Center

PAR is on call 24x7x365 for you, offering support through our Call Center, certified by the Call Center Industry Advisory Council.  PAR’s experienced staff troubleshoots system issues to resolution, providing total system restoration.  When necessary, the Call Center escalates issues to the PAR field service team or advance exchange office.

PAR On-Site Service

Count on PAR’s field service professionals - the only group in the industry with a 95% first time fix rate.  Located across the country and around the world, PAR’s field service team is dedicated to delivering first class implementation, upgrade, and support service directly to our customers. 

Each PAR field service engineer has a full inventory of quality PAR parts, WAP phones, power test equipment, laptops, and other tools necessary for optimal first-time fix results.  Upon issue resolution, the service engineer completes a full preventative maintenance checklist to proactively identify and address potential problem areas before they can disrupt business flow. 

PAR Advance Exchange

If the situation arises, you can choose to have equipment repaired in your restaurant or at PAR’s manufacturing facility.  The Advance Exchange program reduces downtime on factory repairs.  When you call to report a problem, PAR sends a replacement from our refurbished equipment pool.  Once it arrives at the restaurant, simply put the broken hardware in the same box and return it to PAR.

PAR Depot Repair

With the mail-in repair service, you only pay for repair services as you need them.  After calling for a tracking number, pack and ship equipment to PAR’s facility.  Once the hardware is fixed, PAR sends it back.  Depot Repair is best suited to customers who keep back-up equipment that can be used while you wait for the unit to be repaired and returned.
