Installation
Certified ParTech engineers provide full-system installs and off-site or instore-training, including overnight swapouts for existing restaurants so as not to disrupt your business.
PAR engineers work exclusively with restaurants and understand the unique needs of installing a restaurant system, including printer & video routing, drive-thru setup and functionality, crew and manager training and speed-of-service requirements. PAR engineers ensure that your in-store staff members are prepared to accurately and efficiently serve your customers.
Support
ParTech offers a variety of post-installation service options to fit your specific requirements, including:
- Help Desk Support – Our help desk personnel are just a phone call away, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year
- *On-site services – ParTech field engineers can be available for complete system maintenance and on-site repairs for the fastest turnaround time with the least involvement from store personnel.
- Return-to-base – Extend your warranty or service less critical parts or equipment using our return-to-base repair option.
