Programmer/Analyst and Database Application Developer: Kingston, NY
PAR Government Systems Corporation has an immediate opening for a programmer/analyst with 1-4 years design/development experience with SQL Server database management, VB.NET, Crystal Reports and Visual Studio. The application involves the implementation of a comprehensive land management information system. Experience is desired in ESRI GIS software products (e.g., ArcGIS, ArcObjects or ArcEngine). 
Software Engineer: Rome, NY
Rome Research Corporation (a subsidiary of PGSC) is looking for a qualified Software Engineer with 1 – 4 years experience. The job candidate shall have experience in using the UNIX and/or Linux operating systems and UNIX/Linux script writing including Perl, Python, etc. Knowledge and experience in writing software in C/C++ and Java programming language is also required. Experience in Windows programming under Visual C++ or Visual .NET Studio is a plus.
Task assignments will require design and development of software for real-time systems including device control, real-time graphics, client-server and data acquisition. Experience in writing device drivers under UNIX/Linux is desirable. Knowledge of the use of electronic test equipment including oscilloscopes and logic analyzers for real-time software application timing measurements and validation is a plus.
Software Engineers: Rome/Rochester, NY
PGSC is looking for qualified Software Engineers with 1-10 years of experience in C, C++, and Java development on both UNIX and Windows systems. Understanding of imagery information system management and relational database technology desired. U.S. citizenship required.
