CKE Restaurants, Inc. Selects PAR to Provide all Service Requirements at their Corporate Restaurants

New Hartford, NY ---October 25, 2006 — ParTech, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of PAR Technology Corporation (NYSE: PTC) today announced that CKE Restaurants, Inc. has selected PAR as their service provider for their domestic, company-owned corporate restaurants. Under the agreement, PAR will provide their industry leading field service to CKE’s 1,160 domestic, company-owned restaurants. CKE Restaurants, Inc., a leading restaurant chain with more than 3,100 restaurants systems wide, selected PAR to help meet its objectives of increasing in-store efficiency and therein overall customer service.
