PAR Technology Subsidiary Announces $34 Million Air Force Subcontract Award in Georgia

NEW HARTFORD, N.Y.—November 15, 2007--Rome Research Corporation (RRC), a subsidiary of PAR Technology Corporation (NYSE:PTC), together with Croop-LaFrance, Inc., today announced the awarding of a United States Air Force (USAF), Air Force Materiel Command (AFMC) contract to provide physical asset management and help desk support services for desktop infrastructure. RRC will support the Information Technology Desktop Management Services contract at Warner Robins Air Logistics Center (WR-ALC), Information Directorate (IT), Robins Air Force Base, Georgia. The Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Labor Hour subcontract has a contract ceiling of $34 million over a 10 year period; Croop-LaFrance has awarded an IDIQ Labor Hour contract with a contract value of $69.5 million.

In support of the Information Technology Desktop Management Services contract, the Croop-LaFrance/RRC team will be responsible for all WR-ALC IT equipment to include receipt, configuration, deployment and reclamation. Services will also be provided to include customer support, information assurance, multimedia and video teleconferencing support and daily operation of the help desk zones. Croop-LaFrance/RRC team will directly support help desk central to provide responsive support as the single face to the customer to resolve hardware and software issues.
